The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, account management, and client handling, coupled with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: IT Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role specifications, and the overall hiring process. Use various channels to source candidates, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals. Client Handling & Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Act as the main point of contact between the client and the recruitment team. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality candidates and meeting recruitment targets. Strong Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with both candidates and clients. Effectively present candidates to clients and guide candidates through the interview process. Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and address any concerns promptly. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of clients. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and hiring practices. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a client-facing role. Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
