IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team. You will play a critical role in managing both our in-house product development and client projects. As the single point of contact for stakeholders, you will ensure smooth coordination between the team and management, monitor progress, and drive successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external project communications

Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely delivery of milestones

Assign tasks and track progress of team members across multiple projects

Conduct weekly project status reviews and present reports to stakeholders

Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource requirements

Ensure seamless collaboration between product and client project teams

Use Jira (or similar tools) for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting

Mentor and guide the team to ensure productivity and professional growth

Foster a positive and results-driven team culture

Requirements

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Basic technical knowledge (software development lifecycle, cloud, APIs, etc.) to better understand and support the team

Experience in mentoring and motivating team members to achieve project goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
