We are seeking an IT Project Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage small to mid-sized IT initiatives. The role involves Agile project delivery, stakeholder management, and coordination across technical and business teams. Candidates with exposure to ServiceNow and a basic understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Plan and deliver IT projects following Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices. Manage Sprint Delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams using tools like JIRA/Asana. Stakeholder Management & Coordination Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project goals. Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure smooth communication. Facilitate sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings. Risk & Issue Management Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies. Escalate issues promptly and support resolution efforts. Documentation & Compliance Maintain project documentation including charters, sprint reports, and lessons learned. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and IT governance policies. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience of 1–3 years in IT project management. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, PMI or equivalent Agile certification preferred. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SDLC and Agile frameworks. Basic understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes. Exposure to ServiceNow platform preferred. Tools: Hands-on experience with JIRA/Asana for project tracking and sprint management. Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and documentation sessions to capture detailed requirements. Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements. Documentation & Communication Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user stories. Maintain clear communication between business teams and IT/development teams. Support project managers in tracking deliverables and timelines. Testing & Validation Assist in preparing test cases and validating solutions against requirements. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure stakeholder sign-off. Support & Training Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation. Provide support during project rollout and post-implementation phases. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
