Requirement: ITOM:ServiceNow ITOM Expertise: Proven experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management solutions.CMDB Knowledge: Strong understanding of the CMDB lifecycle, including discovery, service mapping, and CI data integrity.Integrations: Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and API integrations for systems like AD, MID Servers, and credential stores.Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and the ability to develop custom patterns and workflows.Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and cloud discovery tools.CSDM Framework: Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).HRSD: Expertise with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery application in the area of HR case management , HR lifecycle events(On-boarding , offboarding etc etc), Employee Centre.Extensive experience creating custom Widget using html, CSS, bootstrap , AngularJS etc.Experience with Now mobile app.Experience in extensive cross-browser testing and support.Hands on ServiceNow integration experience using Web Service, SOAP /REST.Practical experience of servicenow integration with ERP systems like Oracle Cloud.An appreciation of supporting production systems and end users.

Requirements: Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its ATF tool. Extensive experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test cases using the ATF. Proficient in creating and maintaining test data and test environments for the ATF. Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and defect tracking systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and isolate defects. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead the testing efforts. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirement: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalent education.4+ years of relevant experience in design and development with ServiceNow platform.Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular with experience in REST APIintegration will be a plus.Proficiency with ServiceNow framework and good understanding of UI Scripting, UI Action, UIPolicy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, ServiceNow administration, Reporting in ServiceNow, SQL, Database view in ServiceNow.Experience across Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.Dynamic team player with good verbal and written communication.Experience on one or more ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or other SNOW modules.
