IT Project Manager

We are seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to lead and support key technology initiatives, with a primary focus on ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, and a proven track record of driving IT projects from planning through execution and delivery.

· 7+ years of experience in IT project management.

Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms.

· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules related to Asset Management, ITSM, or CMDB.

· Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.

· Agile/Waterfall Methodologies

· PMP Certification

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for IT initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

· Lead the ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation, coordinating efforts between internal stakeholders and external vendors.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

· Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

· Ensure all deliverables meet business requirements, scope, and quality standards.

· Monitor and report on project performance metrics, driving accountability and transparency.

· Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and leadership to maintain project alignment with organizational goals.

Prepare and deliver project status reports and documentation for stakeholders and executive leadership.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
