IT Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Project Manager with proven hands-on experience managing and delivering technology projects. This position is strictly for candidates who have worked exclusively in IT project management. If your experience is in non-IT industries, please do not apply.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, coordinate with developers, ensure project delivery, and maintain high standards of quality across all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT projects across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with frontend, backend, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Create project roadmaps, sprints, and documentation.
• Track project timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and approvals.
• Monitor project KPIs and progress updates.
• Ensure all projects meet technical standards, deadlines, and business requirements.
• Manage resource allocation, task assignments, and team productivity.
• Conduct review meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.
• Ensure clear communication between clients, developers, designers, and management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT Project Management (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing projects involving React.js, Next.js, Laravel, or similar tech stacks (preferred but not mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in PMP / Agile / Scrum (preferred, not mandatory).
