IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager at Soradis Digital, you will play a crucial role in leading the Mumbai-based tech team to deliver successful software projects for internal products and international clients. You will manage a team of 6 developers and act as the primary liaison between clients and the technology team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including scope, timelines, delivery, and budget - Coordinate with clients for project updates, feedback, and timelines - Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of developers - Break down technical tasks, assign resources, and track progress using JIRA - Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies - Mitigate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain project documentation Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-5 years of IT project management experience - Logistics/Transport/Supply Chain project experience (Mandatory) - Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Hands-on experience managing projects using JIRA (Advanced proficiency) - Experience with modular architecture/microservices projects - Strong communication skills and client-facing experience - Ability to motivate, manage, and upskill a team of developers - PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (Any one is mandatory) About Soradis Digital: Soradis Digital is a fast-growing software development company with a global mindset, building high-performance solutions for clients worldwide.
