Job Description: IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (IT) with 4–7 years of experience in managing IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to bridge the gap between the business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor IT project activities from initiation to completion.
• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines using tools like JIRA, Odoo, Asana, or MS Project.
• Communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders effectively.
• Support in preparing project documentation, reports, and change requests.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and support teams to ensure project alignment.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum methodology).
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors for project support.
• Ensure project compliance with IT standards, security, and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in IT project coordination, project support, or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, databases, or software development lifecycle.
• Certification like PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 40,000 to 50,000 Per month
