We are seeking Freshers and Experienced candidates for the position of IT Project Coordinator. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution by coordinating team efforts, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and using your empathetic engagement and problem-solving skills to manage challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Clear and Effective Communication: Use core communication skills to clearly convey project goals, timelines, and deliverables to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, using empathy and rapport-building to understand their needs and keep them informed throughout the project.
• Sales-Oriented Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to understand project requirements, assist in upselling or cross-selling IT solutions, and support sales pitch customization for clients.
• Negotiation and Closing: Assist in negotiation and closing of project-related agreements with clients or vendors, ensuring that both technical and business requirements are aligned.
• Risk Management & Conflict Resolution: Identify potential risks, proactively address issues, and use conflict resolution skills to handle challenges that arise with clients or project teams.
• Behavioral Insights: Leverage behavioral psychology and emotional intelligence (EQ) to understand the dynamics of team collaboration and customer expectations, optimizing team performance and client satisfaction.
• Process Efficiency: Improve process efficiency by optimizing workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and managing timelines effectively to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
• Proactive Follow-Up & Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Appointment Setting & Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments with clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring all parties are aligned with project timelines.
• Transaction Agility: Maintain the flexibility to adapt to changing client needs or project scope and manage any alterations smoothly.
• Advanced Analytical Skills: Monitor project progress using analytical skills, identifying potential issues and making data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
• CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency: Use sales automation tools, CRM systems, and other project management tools to track progress, document communication, and manage client expectations.
• Resilience Under Pressure: Maintain professionalism and a calm demeanor when faced with tight deadlines or unforeseen project challenges, demonstrating resilience under pressure.

Qualifications:
