Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven SEM Campaign Account Manager to lead and manage paid search campaigns while acting as a strategic liaison between clients (or internal stakeholders) and our performance team. This role requires a strong background in SEM strategy, campaign execution, and client-facing communication. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage paid search strategies across Google Ads. Act as the main point of contact for client communications, updates, and expectations. Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting. Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and recommend targeting enhancements. Monitor budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure performance targets are met. Analyze campaign performance, deliver insights, and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with creative, analytics, and development teams to ensure alignment between ads, landing pages, and tracking. Requirements: 1–2+ years of experience managing SEM campaigns, preferably in an agency or multi-account environment. Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, keyword strategies, and bidding models. Strong communication skills and experience managing client relationships or stakeholder updates. Proficiency with Google Ads, Tag Manager, and campaign reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines with accuracy and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ecommerce or lead generation campaigns. Familiarity with feed-based advertising (Shopping, Performance Max) is a plus. Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution modeling. Background in working with cross-functional teams or managing junior campaign specialists. What We Offer: Competitive compensation.
