Job Title: IT Project Coordinator (WordPress, PHP, Shopify)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:

  • Lead the planning and execution of WordPress, PHP, and Shopify projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are kept informed about project progress, timelines, and any potential roadblocks.
  • Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate with web developers, designers, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Provide regular updates and feedback to all involved.
  • Task Management:

  • Break down complex tasks into actionable steps and assign them to the appropriate team members. Track and report on the status of tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor project progress and conduct quality assurance to ensure that final deliverables meet client specifications and standards.
  • Risk Management:

  • Proactively identify potential risks or challenges that could impact project timelines or quality. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate or resolve these risks.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and post-project reviews. Provide regular project status reports to management and clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination or project management, specifically with WordPress, PHP, and Shopify platforms.
  • Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with web development technologies such as WordPress, PHP, Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Understanding of website development processes and tools.
  • Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to Detail:

  • High attention to detail and ability to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
  • Work Hours:

  • Must be available to work UK shift hours (4 PM to 1 AM). Flexibility to work across different time zones as required.
