IT Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As a project coordinator with 2-6 years of experience in a software company, your primary responsibilities will involve project planning, setting goals, and ensuring timely completion. You will be expected to manage project resources efficiently, track team productivity, identify performance gaps, and conduct regular training programs to enhance technical and performance skills.
