IT Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage project stakeholders, resources, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Liaise between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Maintain and update project documentation including reports, schedules, and status updates.
• Identify potential risks, escalate issues, and support in developing mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering, implementation, and closure.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in software development or IT infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
