IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator with 2–4 years of experience to support planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects. The candidate will work closely with project managers, development teams, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure project plans are followed
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Assist in project documentation such as project plans, MOMs, status reports, and risk logs
• Coordinate with internal teams (Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps)
• Monitor task progress using project management tools
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate to the Project Manager
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
• Ensure adherence to project processes and quality standards
• Support client communication and follow-ups when required
• Maintain project trackers and dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator / Project Executive / PMO
• Good understanding of SDLC / Agile methodology
• Experience in coordinating web / mobile / software projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with project tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or MS Project
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Strong documentation and reporting skills

Good to Have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
• Basic technical understanding of Web technologies, APIs, or Software Development
• Exposure to client handling and status reporting
• PMP / CAPM / Agile certification (optional)

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering / Any relevant discipline
