Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

IT Project Coordinator

to assist in managing multiple IT projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will support project managers, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure that all project activities are executed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables between clients and internal teams.

Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and tracking project progress.

Facilitate communication between developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.

Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them promptly.

Support in quality assurance and ensure client requirements are met.

Assist in client communication, status reporting, and follow-ups.

Handle calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.

Qualifications and Skills:

bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

1 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar IT role.

Strong understanding of IT/software development processes and project lifecycles.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools (eg, Jira, Trello, Asana).

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience coordinating IT or software development projects.

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Prior client-facing or team management experience is a plus.
