Job Description – Business Development Executive (Fresher)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher to join our growing team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Pitch products/services to clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
