IT Presales Engineer

As an IT Presales Engineer, you play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise in solution design, client presentations, and proposal development. Your responsibilities include: - Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions covering hardware, software, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, etc. - Design and validate architectures according to client needs and industry best practices. - Customize solutions to align with client-specific business goals. - Create and review RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, and technical proposals. - Develop BoMs (Bills of Materials), SOWs (Statements of Work), and pricing models. - Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather necessary inputs. - Engage in client meetings, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities. - Clearly articulate the benefits and competitive advantages of proposed solutions. - Address technical queries effectively during sales cycles. - Work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft winning proposals. - Provide technical input and feedback to marketing and product development teams. - Support account managers in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. - Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in IT presales, solution engineering, or related technical sales roles. - Strong knowledge of enterprise IT domains including infrastructure, networking, cloud, virtualization, security, and software solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and diagramming tools. - Industry certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.,
