🌍 Job Overview

We are hiring an IT PMO Analyst to support project setup, governance, reporting and delivery excellence across multiple initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work closely with Project Managers to ensure full adherence to standard delivery methodologies.

You will maintain project structures, quality data, schedules and reporting frameworks while supporting both Agile and Waterfall activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their PMO or project delivery career looking to grow in a structured, high-quality environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support alignment with standard project delivery methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
• Assist with initial project setup, ensuring governance requirements and documentation are correctly completed.
• Maintain accurate, high-quality project data and document repositories.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to build and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs and resource allocations.
• Produce clear, timely and accurate project status reports.
• Track and maintain logs for risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Review project documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Facilitate project meetings, capture minutes and follow up on action items.
• Use productivity and project tools effectively, including:
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Agile tooling such as Azure DevOps / VSTS

🧩 Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience

  in PMO, Project Coordination or IT delivery support.
• Strong organizational, analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience working with Agile frameworks and agile tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps / VSTS).
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools.
• High attention to accuracy and data quality.
• Agile training or certifications preferred.

✨ Optional Skills

• 2 years of corporate IT experience or completion of a 4-year degree.
