Job Title: US Non-IT Recruiter (Manufacturing / Oil & Gas Industry)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and recruiting for roles within the Manufacturing and Oil & Gas sectors. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the US job market, compliance standards, and proven success in placing candidates across technical, engineering, and operations-based roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles in Manufacturing and Oil & Gas domains (Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, HSE, etc.).
• Utilize various sourcing channels—Job Boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, networking, and referrals—to identify and attract top talent.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit; conduct initial interviews and coordinate client interviews.
• Negotiate compensation, offers, and start dates in alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
• Stay updated on US employment trends, visa rules, and industry developments related to Manufacturing and Oil & Gas recruitment.
• Meet and exceed recruitment metrics such as submittals, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of hands-on recruitment experience for US Non-IT roles (Manufacturing / Oil & Gas experience is preferred).
• Strong understanding of roles such as Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Process Engineer, Quality Supervisor, Production Planner, etc.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Boolean Search).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with candidates and US clients.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ATS systems Ceipal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
