US Non-IT Recruiter – Oil & Gas / Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our Mohali team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring for Oil & Gas and Manufacturing clients in the US. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and closing qualified candidates for high-impact roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for Oil & Gas and Manufacturing roles
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-IT positions across the US.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed and Ceipal to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings, evaluate skill sets, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the US team to understand job requirements, industry trends, and hiring priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in US staffing, specifically recruiting for Oil & Gas and/or Manufacturing clients.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment life cycle and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a night shift / US time zone is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Shift Timing:

Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US CST)
