Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Manager to oversee the foundation’s technology infrastructure and digital operations. The ideal candidate will manage IT systems, ensure network security, support digital transformation, and provide hands-on technical support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, and procurement of IT assets.
• Support internal teams with day-to-day technical issues and system enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with data protection norms.
• Coordinate with management on IT budgets, new technology adoption, and digital initiatives.
• Provide training and support to employees on new tools and systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in IT management or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, security systems, and cloud tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, antivirus, and data management tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience in NGO or multi-location setups is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
