IT Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION in brief is as follows:

. Implementation & maintenance of ERP (Grill5) in all our tea estates as well as Head Office. · Looking after all the technical part & administration part of the ERP. · Coordinating training and orientation for new technology users and helping them to become familiar with equipment and networks. · Ensuring all users benefit from effective technology and efficient Internet access, and continually assess needs and requirements of IT infrastructure of the Company · Providing all necessary support, troubleshooting, and repairing for IT equipment and networks as and when required by end users. · Monitoring online security for users and networks. Taking preventive and corrective steps to address security breaches. · Ensuring strong data storage and backup process to protect all business information. · Establishing strong relationships with technology and component vendors. · Managing IT department budget and tracking spending on equipment and departmental employees · Developing and maintaining emergency plans to address equipment, power or security failure to ensure preservation of technology and data. · Managing IT support team members and other service providing vendors to ensure the right solution on time. · Taking active participation and provide IT support for implementing and managing various business softwares on servers/cloud.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
