Job Description

Industry: Electrical Hardware Manufacturing

Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years

CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced IT professional to manage and support the organization’s end-to-end IT infrastructure — including hardware, software, networking, and surveillance systems — across the Head Office and Dhulagarh Plant. The role ensures system uptime, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and smooth user support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain PCs, servers, and IT assets at both locations.
Monitor and troubleshoot AD, RDP servers, and network systems.
Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV surveillance systems.
Handle email ID and CUG setup requests as per approval.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly IT MIS reports.
Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and service quality.
Support user training, documentation, and IT audits.
Track IT budget utilization and vendor performance.

Job Specifications & Skills

Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Hardware & Networking (CCNA Certified preferred).
5–8 years of hands-on experience in system administration & network management.
Strong knowledge of routers, switches, IP configuration, and firewalls.
Experience in CCTV, data backup, antivirus, and troubleshooting.
Excellent vendor coordination and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
