IT Manager

As the IT Infrastructure Manager for a luxury retail brand, your role will involve managing the IT infrastructure for the headquarters and retail stores. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing IT infrastructure for HQ with over 50 users, including devices, network, software tools, and security. - Overseeing end-to-end tech setup and maintenance across retail stores, covering POS systems, RFID technology, CCTV, digital displays, and network connectivity. - Coordinating with vendors for store IT rollout, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and issue resolution. - Ensuring system uptime, asset tracking, and providing proactive IT support across all locations. - Implementing data security protocols and supporting compliance audits. - Driving tech-led retail initiatives such as interactive displays and RFID analytics. To excel in this role, you should have: - 6-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a retail or omnichannel environment. - Strong knowledge of retail tech systems including POS, RFID, CCTV, and digital signage. - Familiarity with cloud tools, VPNs, backup systems, and remote troubleshooting. - Proven skills in vendor management and budgeting. - Excellent problem-solving abilities with an execution-first mindset. - Willingness to travel to store locations as needed (expect 20-30% travel). Preferred background: - Experience working with retail companies like Tanishq, CaratLane, Lenskart, Nykaa, Reliance Retail, Pepperfry, FirstCry, or retail-focused MSPs such as CMS IT Services, Team Computers, Infrasoft. - Optional certifications: CCNA, MCSA, ITIL, CompTIA+ are advantageous.
