Role Overview: You will be a Creative Visual Merchandiser for a revolutionary jewellery brand in Bengaluru. Your main responsibilities will include creating visually appealing window displays, designing in-store layouts, implementing seasonal themes, and optimizing product showcasing to boost sales. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to align visual merchandising strategies with marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will analyze store layouts and customer feedback to enhance visual displays and stay updated with industry trends through market research. Key Responsibilities: - Create visually appealing window displays and in-store layouts - Implement seasonal themes to enhance the shopping experience - Maximize product showcasing to drive sales - Collaborate with sales and marketing team to align visual merchandising strategies with marketing campaigns - Analyze store layouts and customer feedback to optimize visual displays - Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends and best practices Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite - Strong understanding of visual storytelling and mood boards - Operational awareness to manage materials, specifications, sourcing, and vendor coordination effectively - Keen eye for detail and passion for spatial storytelling through product, space, and light - Minimum 4 years of experience in visual merchandising or spatial design, preferably in the fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle retail sectors - Based in Bangalore, with a strong appreciation for visual culture and a refined aesthetic sensibility If you possess the above qualifications and are passionate about shaping a new vision for jewellery retail, we look forward to collaborating with you.,
