Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the entire IT infrastructure of our company. The candidate will ensure smooth operation of IT systems, networks, websites, and security while supporting our travel technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, networks, and servers.
• Ensure smooth functioning of travel portals, booking systems, CRM, and related software.
• Oversee website management, updates, and security.
• Implement data security, backup systems, and cybersecurity measures.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and AMC support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues across departments.
• Develop IT policies, best practices, and ensure compliance.
• Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives for better efficiency.
• Support staff with IT-related training and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and travel technology tools.
• Familiarity with GDS systems, booking platforms, and ERP/CRM solutions (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Salary Package

INR 35,000 – 55,000 per month (Based on experience & expertise)
