IT Manager

Job Summary:

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes planning, implementing, and maintaining hardware and software systems, managing IT staff, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of IT systems including networks, servers, and software.
• Manage and support IT staff; delegate tasks and ensure timely execution.
• Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory, including timely upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware/software purchases.
• Provide technical support and training to employees as needed.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop budgets and track expenses related to IT operations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 15+ years) in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networks, databases, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
• Experience with systems administration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), or Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
