Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced
IT Manager
with a strong background in
Call Centre operations
, specializing in
dialer systems
,
CRM software
, and
server infrastructure
. The role involves overseeing the entire IT function to ensure uninterrupted and optimized technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain servers, workstations, and network infrastructure across the call centre.
- Ensure regular system backups, configuration management, and performance optimization.
Dialer System Administration
- Oversee setup and management of predictive/manual dialer systems.
- Monitor call flows and campaign performance.
- Troubleshoot and optimize dialer settings to enhance connectivity and agent efficiency.
CRM & Application Management
- Deploy and support CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce & Zoho).
- Ensure proper CRM-dialer integrations and workflow alignment.
- Collaborate with vendors/internal teams for enhancements, updates, and issue resolution.
Security & Compliance
- Enforce IT policies to ensure data protection and cybersecurity compliance.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Lead and mentor IT support staff to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for infrastructure and software needs.
IT Strategy & Planning
- Identify and implement technology solutions to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
- Manage IT budgets, asset planning, and procurement in alignment with business goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–9 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a call centre environment.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Predictive and manual dialers
- CRM software and VoIP systems
- Server administration (Windows/Linux)
- Networking and data security
- Familiarity with MySQL, MSSQL, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
