Job Description

Strategic IT Planning: Develop and implement the company’s IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and development of all IT hardware, networks, data centers, and communication systems.
ERP & CRM Implementation: Lead the deployment, customization, and integration of ERP/CRM platforms for project tracking, sales, and customer management.
Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure data security, compliance with IT policies, and protection against cyber threats.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with software, hardware, and service vendors for procurement and support.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of IT support staff, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve IT-related issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Digital Initiatives: Support marketing, automation, cloud services, and other digital transformation projects.
Asset Management: Maintain a register of all IT assets and licenses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹460,446.75 per year
