About the Role

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess fit
Schedule technical interviews and manage the interview process end-to-end
Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for timely closures
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and internal ATS
Build a strong candidate pipeline for niche and bulk hiring
Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and pre-joining follow-up

Required Skills

6 months to 3 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment
Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing to onboarding)
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
