Work Location :- HEAD OFFICE, MALLESWARAM, BANGALORE

Timings: Should report @ 9.30am to office but be flexible as per Branch requirements, Should Visit all 18 branches to solve issues. Should attend to IT queries & provide solutions on holidays / weekends.

The IT Executive is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's IT strategy and operations. This includes strategic planning, budget management, team leadership, technology implementation, Integration, cyber security, vendor collaboration, and ensuring the overall efficiency and security of IT systems.

1. Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.

2. Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.

3. Manage and allocate IT budgets, controlling costs and resources efficiently.

4. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring security and performance standards are met.

5. Develop and enforce cyber security policies to safeguard organizational data and systems.

6. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and optimizing technology solutions.

7. Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware, to ensure reliability and scalability.

8. Ensure IT operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical information into business language.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions.

11. Address and resolve IT-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

12. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

13. Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring a positive user experience.

14. Implement monitoring tools to assess IT infrastructure performance and address potential issues proactively.

15. Foster collaboration between IT and other departments to ensure technology solutions meet organizational needs.

16. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT systems, processes, and configurations.

17. Develop training programs for IT staff and end-users to enhance skills and awareness.

18. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the IT department.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
