Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.Monitor and maintain local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).Set up and configure routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
Ensure proper functioning of internet connectivity and server access.
Handle user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
Maintain asset inventory and update IT documentation regularly.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technical support.
Ensure adherence to IT policies, data security, and backup procedures.Assist in planning and implementing small-scale network and system upgrades.
