Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and applications.
Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT documentation.
Monitor system performance and ensure IT infrastructure uptime.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Maintain and update antivirus, security patches, and system backups.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and service procurement.
Assist in implementing IT policies, security measures, and best practices.
Support office productivity tools (Microsoft 365, email clients, collaboration tools).
Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
Provide training or guidance to staff on IT tools and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support or system administration roles.
Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches).
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data backup solutions.
Minimum 2 years experience required.
Good communication and customer service abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
