· Assessing the hiring needs of the company and developing job descriptions and specifications accordingly.

· Should possess experience in hiring Blue collar employees and have huge database of manpower supplying agencies across Karnataka.

· Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns.

· Researching hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations.

· Should have vas knowledge in Excel

· Should be able to update data in Payroll s/w of all new joiners & employees accurately

· Should complete Joining forms & formalities for all new joiners in our branches & factories.

· Should collect relevant documents from all employees for filing

· Should get Appointment & Agreements signed for all new joiners & maintain the file accurately

· Should handle employees grievances at Head office.

· Sourcing talented candidates through a variety of means including events, advertising, and databases.

· Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, manpower agencies and recruitment networks.

· Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

· Managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates.

· Developing internship programs and evaluating the performance of new employees.

· Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.

Should have knowledge to prepare paper-works / work-orders / legal documents to avoid legal disputes in future.

Requirements:

· A Bachelor's degree .

· A minimum of 1+ years' experience in HR recruitment – SPECIALLY IN FOOD INDUSTRY OR FMCG.

· Sound understanding of the recruitment process and university databases.

· Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

· Great networking abilities.

· Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
