Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Store In-charge to oversee the factory store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient logistics, Hygiene on the floor and maintaining a safe and organized storage facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. 2. Store Operations: Ensure efficient store operations, including receipt, inspection, and storage of goods. 3. Logistics: Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials. 4. Stock Control: Implement and maintain stock control procedures to minimize losses and ensure inventory accuracy. 5. Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure storage facility, adhering to company safety policies and procedures. 6.PO : Compare prices & Generate Vendor PO & Quotations & analyze the best vendor for procuring & approvals from Manager. 7.Re-order level to be tracked & maintained 8.Team Management: Supervise and train floor staff to ensure efficient operations, SOP's are followed and Hygiene is maintained all the time. 9. Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics. Requirements: 1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in store management at factory levels. 2. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices. 3. Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong inventory management skills, attention to detail, and excellent leadership abilities.
