IT Domestic Recruiter

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT roles through Naukri Portal and other recruitment tools.
• Manage the complete hiring cycle: requirement understanding, sourcing, evaluation, interview scheduling, and selection.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple IT skill sets.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and workforce needs.
• Track and update recruitment reports, daily activities, and hiring status.
• Use recruitment tools, databases, and social platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and candidate engagement until onboarding.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT domestic recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Portal and other sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database).
• Knowledge of screening technical profiles across various IT domains.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet hiring deadlines and manage multiple requirements.
