Experience in talent acquisition strategies including internal recruiting and executive recruiting. Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, or Kronos for managing employee data. Knowledge of Salesforce for lead generation and relationship management within recruitment efforts. Ability to conduct thorough research on industry trends and candidate markets. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders. You will also be required to maintain documentation for Tanium operations, configurations, and disaster recovery procedures.
