IT Domestic Recruiter

Role Overview: As a Domestic IT Recruiter, your main responsibility will involve sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals within the company's domestic market. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and utilize various channels to find qualified candidates. Your role will also include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate screening through onboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Identify and attract qualified IT professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases. - Screening and Evaluating Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates based on their skills and experience. - Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Managing the Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding. - Building Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience and a smooth hiring process. - Staying Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the IT industry. Qualifications Required: - Experience as an IT Recruiter for at least 1 year is required. - Specific experience as a Domestic IT Recruiter for at least 2 years is required.
