About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary IT Applications Head to lead our enterprise application initiatives and drive digital transformation across the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the CFO and Consulting CIO to define and execute IT application strategies, lead ERP transformation, and implement next-generation technology solutions that support business growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CFO, Consulting CIO, and business leaders to formulate and execute the company’s IT application strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead the ERP Transformation Program, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and user adoption.
• Define and implement application lifecycle management practices focusing on innovation, lead time reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Determine application platforms, hardware/software setup (on-premises or cloud), and implementation methodologies (in-house or outsourced).
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing applications team and manage key external partnerships.
• Oversee software license management, vendor relationships, and cost optimization.
• Drive process automation initiatives to eliminate non-value-added activities and enhance operational synchronization.
• Collaborate with the Information Security Team to ensure robust security and compliance for all enterprise applications.
• Conduct regular evaluations of application performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and portfolio fitness to ensure business alignment.
• Foster skill development within the IT applications team, ensuring readiness for emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related Engineering disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience managing a team of 10–12 members in application development, implementation, or management.
• Proven experience leading ERP transformation or upgrade programs (preferably SAP).
• Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing or automotive sectors.
• Hands-on experience with IT contracts, vendor management, and software licensing.
