We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager / AGM – Engineering to lead our Engineering Division. The role involves complete ownership of NPD (New Product Development) projects—from RFQ feasibility to IPC period completion—ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and strengthen customer relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Lead end-to-end NPD projects, tooling trials (T0–T4/TF), and PPAP/PSW sign-off.
• Conduct RFQ technical feasibility, DFM reviews, BOM preparation, tooling proposals, and manufacturing process selection.
• Collaborate with customers on SOR verification, AOI agreements, TLG/Tech reviews, and sign-offs.
• Drive APQP adherence and ensure zero customer complaints during IPC period.
• Prepare Capex and NPV/IRR evaluations for project approvals.
• Establish value-added and assembly processes and ensure smooth handover to production teams.
• Evaluate technical capabilities (people, process, technology) and implement improvements.
• Prepare TGR/TGW reports, analyze project performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical / Plastics / Tool Engineering / CIPET / NTTF / GDTC
• 20+ years of experience in automotive components engineering, tooling, and NPD projects
• Proven experience working with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Expertise in GD&T, 3D model evaluation, tool design, plastics RM, moulding, assembly, and packaging
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ensure successful RFQ to IPC project execution
• Achieve zero customer complaints during IPC period
• Optimize APQP adherence and process efficiency
