The Opportunity
This role involves managing or performing work across multiple areas of an organization’s overall IT Platform/Infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration of IT Systems Software, Hardware, and Databases.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the applications platform to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborates with IS Service Managers, Application Manager, Solution Architect and Specialists to estimate the effort for IS solution/services development, change requests and releases. Is responsible for entire requirements management process. Ensure that the final solution meets business objectives and adds to the bottom line.
- Provide support and training to end-users, helping them leverage the platform effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions in line with organizational guidelines and policies.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in process intelligence, data engineering, and technologies, proposing and implementing best practices to improve the overall application architecture.
- Provides guidance or support to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.
- For assigned tasks, executes all actions in IT processes according to agreed RACIS specification.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Overall 8+ years of experience with minimum of 5 years of experience in managing application / platforms.
- Experience in IT service management (ITSM) practices, including incidents, problem, and change management. Experience in IT Applications Management and Service Delivery in multinational companies.
- Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in SQL and data integration tools, experience in ETL process, and process mining methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and engage with cross-functional stakeholders at various levels, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
