IT Application Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide

  technical and user support

  for LMS and LOS applications (troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training).
• Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams for

  bug fixes, upgrades, and integrations

  .
• Monitor the performance and uptime of LMS/LOS platforms and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Manage user access, role configurations, and system security settings in line with company policies.
• Support

  daily IT operations

  including hardware, network, and software troubleshooting.
• Assist in the

  implementation of new IT tools

  or enhancements related to financial systems.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, system changes, and IT procedures.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and audit readiness.
• Ensure

  data backup, recovery, and security protocols

  are followed for LMS/LOS and other critical systems.
• Provide support during

  system migrations, audits, and business continuity drills

  .

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-15 years of experience in IT application management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
