Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise OQC / IQC

    (Outgoing Quality Control) / (Incoming Quality control operations).

  • Ability to operate VMM, CMM, and manual measurement tools.

  • Review and approve inspection reports, NCRs, and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) reports.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure effective preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with production, process, and design teams for defect prevention.
  • Monitor and control calibration of measuring instruments.
  • Train and guide QA engineers and inspectors.
  • Report quality KPIs and improvement data to management.

Required Skills / Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of mechanical assembly inspection and tolerance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience in final inspection, functional testing, or packaging QA.
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, and Fishbone analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP quality modules.
  • Excellent English communication and technical report writing skills.
  • Experience in an electronics or mechanical manufacturing environment preferred.

Mechanical Field

- Minimum 4 years of relevant mechanical experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: 30,000 50,000 per month (based on experience & qualifications)
  • Annual performance-based bonus
