Role & responsibilities Strongly Knowledge of ZEISS Calypso CMM with self-depended for Preparation of CMM Program Core knowledge in MSA, SPC, Calibration, Product Layout, Drawing Understanding etc Gauge & Fixture CMM Inspection Activity. Instrument awareness like VC, Profile projector, HRC, UTM Contribution in IATF 16949:2016 Audit Related to Calibration Activity MSA, SPC, Product Layout etc. Core Knowledge in GD&T Symbol. Basic Awareness of English reading studying. Able to interpret technical drawings and quality standards. Knowledge of 5S practices and workplace organization. Preferred candidate profile 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the CMM Std Room, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive. 2.Proficient in using quality inspection tools and instruments: Vernier Calliper (Manual/Digital) Micrometre Height Gauge UTM, Profile Projector, HRC

Role & responsibilities Operate the CMM machine to ensure accurate measurements and inspections. Conduct quality control checks on products using standard room procedures. Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the CMM machine in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to product quality and process improvements. Maintain accurate records of testing results, defects, and non-conformities.
