About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain
QMS
across stitching, finishing, and packing.
Conduct
inline, midline & final inspections
for shirts.
Identify defects, root causes and drive corrective/preventive actions.
Monitor workmanship, measurements, and AQL standards.
Ensure buyer quality requirements are met consistently.
Train workers and supervisors on quality processes.
Coordination with merchandising and production teams for quality control.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 7 years
experience in QA for
mens/boys’ woven shirts
.
Strong knowledge of
patterns, construction, stitching quality, shrinkage, finishing
.
Expertise in
AQL, audits, inline inspection, pre-final & final inspection
.
Sound understanding of
fabric behavior, trims, and fits
.
Ability to lead Quality team and maintain documentation.
