Denim shirt washing & effects
ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) operations
RO water recycling process

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete washing operations for
woven shirts and denim shirts
.
Manage different washes: enzyme, stone wash, rinse wash, softener wash, cold pigment wash, and denim effects.
Ensure proper shade, softness, hand-feel, shrinkage and avoid fabric damage.
Maintain batch planning, machine loading, recipe creation, and wash reports.
Coordinate closely with production & quality teams for wash approvals.
Maintain daily logs of chemical usage, water parameters, and production output.

Compliance & Technical Requirements

Strong experience in
ETP operation
, water treatment, sludge management, and environmental compliance.
Knowledge of
RO plant maintenance, water recycling, TDS control
, and documentation.
Understanding of pollution board norms, safety protocols & audit requirements.
Familiarity with
chemical MSDS
, safety guidelines, and zero liquid discharge practices.

Skills Required

Leadership & team handling
Strong technical knowledge of washing chemicals & denim processes
Troubleshooting shade variations, streaks, back-staining & hand-feel issues
Good communication & reporting ability
