Role Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-oriented GM / DGM Operations to lead and manage the operations of our 1200-machine garment manufacturing unit . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of apparel production processes especially denim garment manufacturing and possess strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire production floor including cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, and packing . Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met without compromising cost efficiency. Drive daily production planning and execution aligned with merchandising and supply chain inputs. Maintain high standards of productivity, quality (DHU), and efficiency across all departments. Monitor and manage factory KPIs including OEE, on-time delivery, order fulfillment, manpower productivity , etc. Ensure effective resource allocation , including manpower, machinery, and materials. Lead implementation of Lean Manufacturing, IE methods, and cost-reduction initiatives . Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement . Drive digitalization and system adherence in production tracking and reporting. Basic Requirements : 1. Bottom manufacturing experience is a mandatory. 2. Denim experience would be preferred. 3. Should have handled 800 to 1000 machines. 4.Monitor daily production output and proactively address bottlenecks or deviations from plan. 5.
