Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day production activities in the export garment factory.
Ensure timely execution of orders as per international buyer requirements.
Manage and monitor production schedules, manpower, and workflow.
Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to buyer compliance requirements.
Coordinate between merchandising, quality, and factory teams to achieve production targets.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in garment production (woven shirts preferred).
Prior experience in
export garment manufacturing
required.
Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow, and compliance processes. Process improvement experience.
Ability to manage large teams and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be fluent in
Hindi and English
