Key Responsibilities Policy Implementation & Compliance: Implement HR policies, systems, and procedures as designed by Corporate HR, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements and labor laws at the unit level. Recruitment Coordination & Onboarding: Coordinate interviews in consultation with Corporate HR, complete joining formalities, and ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees at the unit. HR Operations & KEKA HRMS Management: Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records using KEKA HRMS , while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Employee Engagement & Welfare: Coordinate unit-level engagement and welfare activities such as safety day programs, festival arrangements, annual health checks, and other employee-related events as per organizational guidelines. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Act as the first point of contact for employees at the unit, resolve queries and grievances, and maintain harmonious employeemanagement relations. Training & Development Coordination: Coordinate SOP trainings at the unit level as per location-specific requirements, along with trainings initiated by Corporate HR, by ensuring participation of concerned employees, maintaining attendance records, and tracking completion of all assigned trainings. Compensation & Benefits Administration: Process payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and leave data through KEKA, and address employee queries related to salaries and benefits. Contract Labour Management: Oversee the deployment, attendance, compliance, and welfare of contract labour at the unit level, ensuring smooth contractor coordination and adherence to statutory norms. Administration of Unit Support Services: Manage canteen operations, Occupational Health Centre (OHC), and essential services required for manufacturing area operations such as pest control, housekeeping, and other facility-related services to ensure smooth functioning of the unit. Key Requirements MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. 57 years of HR experience, preferably in a unit-level HR role. Strong working knowledge of KEKA HRMS (mandatory). Hands-on expertise in HR operations, contract labour management, compliance, grievance handling, and training coordination. Experience in managing canteen, OHC, and facility-related services in a manufacturing setup is desirable. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Production, QC, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues. 6. Continuous Improvement Drive initiatives across the plant to enhance quality systems, compliance, and overall quality culture. REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Bachelors/Masters degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field. Minimum 13+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the pharmaceutical industry (API) . Strong knowledge of GMP, ICH, WHO, USFDA, MHRA, and other regulatory guidelines . Proven experience in facing regulatory inspections and handling audits . Expertise in change control, deviation, CAPA, OOS investigations, and batch release . Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong documentation control and data integrity orientation . Good communication skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi preferred for better coordination with cross-functional teams.
