Job Profile: Senior Network Engineer
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Configuration management, troubleshooting, and technical support for TPG-T customers.
- Fault and change management, including end-to-end troubleshooting, root cause analysis, outage handling, and corrective actions.
- Provide technical leadership in complex and critical situations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum service availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless delivery of network solutions.

- Network Automation & Scripting: Hands-on experience with Python, Ansible, and Unix shell scripting.
- Strong knowledge of Juniper JUNOS, Cisco IOS, Cisco Wireless, and F5 Load Balancers.
- Proficiency in routing and telecom protocols: MPLS, BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, Static Routing, STP, GTP, RANAPP.
- Working knowledge of Internet protocols and systems: IMAP, POP, SMTP, HTTP, LDAP, XML.
- Familiarity with network management and monitoring tools: Wireshark, Ethereal, MRTG, Cacti, eHealth, CiscoWorks, TACACS+, Junos Space, Netcool, HPOV NNM, Agilent.
Professional Background
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in network engineering or architecture roles.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing network projects end-to-end.
- Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
- Vendor Management: Experience coordinating with hardware and software vendors.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Cisco: CCDE, CCDP, CCNP, CCSP, CCIP, CCIE
- Security: CCSA, CCSE
- Juniper: JNCIP
