Job Summary

IoT Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test IoT devices and systems using microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.)
• Integrate various sensors, actuators, and communication modules (Wi-Fi, GSM, LoRa, BLE, Modbus, etc.)
• Develop embedded firmware using C/C++ or Python
• Work with IoT cloud platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or ThingsBoard
• Collaborate with backend Web and mobile app teams for data integration
• Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring and analytics
• Conduct field testing, calibration, and performance validation (

  may involve long stays at client sites

  )
• Optimize for power efficiency, reliability, and scalability
• Prepare documentation, test reports, and maintenance guides

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related fields

• 2 to 3 years of relevant IoT hardware and firmware experience

• Proficiency in C, C++, or Python for embedded systems
• Experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTP, Modbus, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with PCB testing, circuit debugging, and sensor interfacing
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging abilities
• Familiarity with cloud-based IoT integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in Industrial IoT
• Exposure to AI/ML integration or data analytics in IoT
• Experience with RESTful APIs and version control (Git)
• Understanding of IoT security and encryption standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Minimum Salary:

  ₹30,000 per month. Higher compensation may be considered for deserving candidates based on experience and skills.

  Compensation will be revised periodically based on performance and growth

• ESOP Option:

  Eligible after 1.5 years of performance-based commitment, with vesting starting from the allocation date.
